About Our Services

Vector Artwork Conversion UK provides manual vector conversion services. Our service includes logo vectorisation, raster-to-vector conversion, and the recreation of existing images in vector formats. Our services are:

  • Recreating logos as vector graphics.
  • Converting raster images into editable vector artwork.
  • Refining shapes, outlines, curves, and other design elements.
  • Preparing artwork in agreed file formats, such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF.

Quotations

You can request a quotation by submitting your artwork. Send us project details through the relevant form on our website. To help us assess your project, please provide accurate information about the artwork. You need to provide required file formats, and instructions about your requirements.

Our quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared. If the project requirements change from the original description, we need to discuss a revised quotation before proceeding.

An order is considered confirmed once the applicable quotation has been accepted. Please review the quotation carefully before approving it.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the information and files necessary to complete your order.

When submitting artwork, you agree to:

  • Provide the correct source image and relevant project files.
  • Give clear instructions about the required result.
  • Identify any important colours, lettering, dimensions, or design details
  • Respond to reasonable questions needed to complete the project.
  • Review the delivered artwork and notify us of any issues within a reasonable period.

Delays caused by missing information, unclear instructions, and late responses affect the estimated completion time.

Delivery of Completed Files

The agreed deliverable file formats will be specified in the quotation. Completed files will be delivered digitally using the delivery method agreed for your project.  Any expected turnaround time is based on the information available when the estimate is provided. Delays could occur if additional clarification, approval, payment, and revisions are required.

You are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of the delivered files. Please keep a backup of your completed artwork and any related project materials. We do not guarantee indefinite storage to completed files.

Revisions

If revisions are included in your quotation, you can request changes within the conditions agreed for your project. To help us understand your request, provide clear instructions identifying what needs to change.

Revisions intended to correct a difference between the agreed requirements and the delivered artwork will be handled according to the applicable order terms of your legal rights. If a requested change is outside the agreed scope, we will explain the proposed additional cost.

Copyright

You must not submit artwork for conversion in a way that breaks another person’s copyright. By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to perform the requested work.

We ask for clarification if there is a reasonable concern that the requested work would involve unauthorised copying. If you submit artwork belonging to another organisation, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions. We are not responsible for unauthorised uses of artwork.

Customer Approval

Please review the delivered artwork before using it for printing, manufacturing, publication, and other production purposes. Check the spelling, colours, proportions, shapes, dimensions, and file formats against your original instructions. If you identify a problem, contact us with a clear explanation.

Change To Those Terms

We update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Changes won’t affect the terms of an existing order where the original agreement continues to apply.
